The communication is awful even if this does ultimately make it a better game for everyone. Live needed that 3 week head start on 2K to show that it was a good title and get some people to pick it up while they waited for 2K to launch.
Hopefully some of those people would have been drawn in by LUT, franchise or online and gave the game some good playing time this cycle. Now they come against 2K...not a good move in my opinion.
