[ALL] SEGA Dreamcast released 15 years ago today...

The SEGA Dreamcast launched 15 years ago today, on 9/9/99 and changed how we played games from that day forward. The built in 56k modem brought reliable online gaming to consoles and made it no longer a thing just for PC gamers. The VMU and controller were both really good as well.

How many of you had a Dreamcast back in the day?

It seemed liked it was known for fighting games and JRPGs, which is probably why I didn't give two shits.

I will give you that. I slept on the sports games. I was jealous of the few people I knew that had a Dreamcast and 2K football back in the day. That shit looked light years better than Madden.

I had it......still have it somewhere in the house. Great sports titles, I played the hell out of NHL and NFL 2k on the Dreamcast, and still played them through high school until I graduated in 2006.

Marvel vs Capcom 2, Power Stone, Tony Hawk and of course NFL2k with the Randy Moss cheese. I never played it online back then.

I bought one day 1 with NFL 2K and Soul Calibur, system was amazing at the time. Still have it. World Series baseball 2K was also great too for it's time.

In the same Boat but i played world series baseball on it with my teammates until we all graduated that same year 2006.

I never played that or any other baseball game on it. I might have to see if I can find a copy of it. I'd love to hear some other recommendations from people as to the games they liked to play.
