What first party franchise is he talking about?

I don't really like Street Fighter. It's a great game but I hate the timing aspect of it. I'm lame, I know, but I much prefer the "dial-a-kombo" of Mortal Kombat where you can string together button inputs without having to worry about precise timing. I understand that the precise timing is what makes Street Fighter the superior competitive fighting game, I just prefer the easier game (I also prefer the mortality aspect of MK as well.)

This just jumps out to me because my Brother and nephews love Street Fighter, but none of them plan to purchase a playstation. They are going to be livid.
