Questions about the most recent Madden "facial improvement" patch?

I fired up Madden the other day to play for the first time in quite a while. I was just continuing my CFM. The game prompted me to download a 500+mb update regarding something about "improved facial recognition" or something like that. I assume it just makes the players look more like their real life counterparts. I'm wondering if this gets incorporated automatically into my current CFM or would I need to start over?

It includes new face scans for ~125 players and does work with in progress CFM's. The new face scans that EA is doing take more time than the old process and rather than wait until next fall to put those into the game, they decided to do an update for Madden 15.

Thanks Bill. So, since I downloaded it I'll see the improvements in the next game I play?

Is there a complete list somewhere of the 125 players that have been improved?

Last that I read, you can't see the changes in the Edit screen but they are there.

Edit: Thought about starting up a 'Chise but I might wait till after the SB.
