This one is a must have for the gear heads out there in VSN world. Build your car, design your engine, market, sell, etc. Right now the game is on early access (steam) and focuses on car and engine design. It does not include the tycoon, campaign, or multiplayer at this time but the developers and representatives are very active on the forums. They did say the tycoon portion of the game is coming in the next "big" update but no word on date.
I went round and round on spending $30 on an early access game, but after pulling the trigger it did not disappoint. The early access has multiple playable tutorials and scenarios. For as technical as the game might seem the developers have done an excellent job in educating and making easy to understand in game controls (especially in the engine build process). Early access also has a sandbox version that allows you to build any car or engine type you desire.
