hopefully they fix the bug with persuading players to stay. Being able to change conferences as well as changing teams.

Fix the bugs/glitches of: players leaving early, transfer requests, games counting twice, coaching contracts, conference changes, etc..

pretty much sums it up, that is all they can really do to make it better.
