I checked over your rules.. the only problem I had was I can only cut true freshman. With the way EA royally screwed the transfer stuff, I need all the young bloods I can get. Is that still an active rule?


Either way, I can't live knowing Alabama ranks near the bottom of the SEC. Give me the Crimson Tide!

That's an iron-clad rule, as far as I know. Most people who post reputable dynasties at sites like this usually establish that rule so that you don't over-recruit and use the recruiting period to purge your team of "undesirables" — much like CLW would purge the GBN of my ass if he could fill up every available spot.

We've come to terms with the transfer B.S. We just pretend that it's like real life where sometimes players who might be starters leave for screwy reasons. Michigan has lost a starting offensive lineman and two starting quarterbacks in the last year, for instance.

Cool. Like I said, not a deal-breaker by any means, just something I wanted to clear up.

I'll mention too that I won't be available at all from April 24-26, incase something important should come up on those dates. I'm sure you guys have a procedure for that type of thing though. Other than that, I'm ready to go for this thing.

Recruiting is too easy anyway, relative to real life.

It's somewhat challenging in the GBN because we've had a lot of teams with the same recruiting pipelines and had some battles for players. However, even when we lose some of the elite guys to a fellow GBN coach, none of us are exactly starving for recruits.
