If you are positive that you will be buying NCAA FB 2010; Amazon has it for $49.99 (360 & PS3). This is a mistake but they are offering pre order price guarantee. Even if they raise the price to the correct $59.99, you will get charged the price that is the lowest from when you ordered it till it is shipped.

edit: Ordered a PS3 version.
