Age of Empires series is AMAZING. I absolutely love this game, I still remember back when I lived in Germany buying the first one, even in German, and I fell in love with it. This thread may spark me to install the second one back on my laptop (not too big of a fan of the third one).

Hamachi is the way to be. I've definatly lost my disk unless I can find a torrent or something.

You basically get everyone you want to play against together on hamachi and then you can play lan games with each other with it.

It simulates everyone being on a LAN.

I'm in the processs of downloading aoe 2 right now btw.
