This game is definitely drawing me in! I feel like I could play into the wee hours of the morning. While I am upset that I lost my last fight, it was cool how I was dominating and one mistake left me wide open and one punch took me down.

Been playing career since I got it...but what does "Cred" have to do with anything (sorry if mentioned in manual)? Also I think they could work on the menu....hate having to press a button five times to finally go back into career (customizing boxers for example).

Cred just helps you get sponsors and moves you up through the rankings more.

I'm with you. I just have the default UFC trunks on my character. My cred right now is near 1,000 though. Not sure if your cred helps you get better fights, etc.

Well if it's like Irish said and it helps you move up the rankings faster...adding them to your boxers help. I'm a walking billboard right now. Lost a 3 round fight (TKO) to Tito Ortiz....the "Doctor" is 9-3.

edit: My cred is 11180/12000.

edit: Got my revenge on T. Ortiz with a KO (4:43) in RD 1. Now 12-3 and broke the top 10 (#9 in light heavyweight)

When I get to the top 5.....I'll bump up a notch in difficulty. For a game that has a limited Create a Fighter, not the best menus, and a training/sparring/resting system that to me has no difference how you approach it.....this game is really good. I can easily play this for the next 3 months; probably not every day like I do now. I can't wait for FN4 to come out, I hear that it will have better collision.
