I'm going to wait a tad before I pick it up but the more people keep playing it and praising it the more I just want to buy it.

It's only 50 bucks on steam for the PC too which makes things worse.

If you loved Fallout 3 then you owe it to yourself to pick this up.

Well turns out there was a patch released overnight for the 360, and PC got it's second patch as well. Good news that they're already on their shit this fast.

Leaf seriously, i think this might be better than Fallout 3. I'm enjoying the setting of the desert/vegas a lot more than Washington DC. Maybe cause I'm from the DC area.

You seriously are doing yourself a large disservice by not getting this game.

yeah, it got an update. dont know what it was for though. i do know that my game was running fine and now i have a had a few instances where creatures were shown on the radar and i could hear them....but they were not on the screen. One was to complete a mission so i had to save and reload to get him to show on the screen

my only real gripe with this game is that the look of the game is exactly like fo3. i dont understand why they didnt make things look different. every last detail looks just like the game did 2 years ago. to its credit, the look didnt take step back like some other games like R6 vegas 2 and cracky 2.

im not taking quality either cause for 2 years old it isnt bad. rather the same stuff, the same look, same positioning, same roads, buildings, decaying, alot of the same creatures.

its like taking fo3 and releasing an extended DLC that has all new story, charecters and some new perks and features

yeah thats been said. but a patch doesnt mean shit if you dont know what it fixed

i watched the gamespot video review and they showed a ton of bugs and also mentioned all the quest bugs they had too. i can deal with technical issues related to the engine, but when you start having bugs prevent you from completing or updating missions and it fucks up the game then that starts to be a game killer

You get a sheriff for Primm. I talked the former sheriff doing time in NCRCF to do the job after I payed for his pardon. I'm deciding wether to tell the Powder Gangers in NCRCF about the NCR attack or help the NCR take back the prison.
