Odd about the bug thing.

Oblivion pre patches for me was probably the buggiest game I've ever played. I had everything in that pos from the game crashing while I jumped to random characters just getting up and flying away. I had to wait a year till I went back and played it again after everything was patched.

FO3 started off like oblivion but without the flying characters. The game still to this day crashes on me all the time.

NV I had an issue where I couldn't hear the characters talk but that ended up being my own fault as it was a windows driver issue.

The star bottle caps should be taken to the sarsaparilla plant just west of New Vegas. Talk to the robot cowboy inside the building, near the entrance.

This was the only bug I remember coming across, found it to be pretty funny at the time.

Agreed. I still have yet to force myself to play through their side of the story.

I'm starting to encounter this bug where the game slows down to a crawl when I enter smaller areas like Hidden Valley or the Old Mormon fort. I have no idea what's causing this, but I do know that I started experiencing this when I was doing the last part of Boone's "I Forgot to Remember to Forget" quest. I didn't have any problems with this before.

The good news is that it isn't permanent, and it'll run fine if I come back at a later time.
