To me 99 means you should be able to hit it every time. 99's shouldn't be just thrown around. Especially with the new ratings system.

EDIT: He is the best deep ball passer so maybe a 97 doesn't serve him right. The predictions in the beginning weren't very good ones. I could see him getting a 99 deep accuracy. But there should not be many 99 ratings at all, because like i just said they should not be just thrown around, especially with the new ratings philosophy.
