Err, no - I think it would be good to get a hold of everyone who is active. It will allow me to sound out quick messages - and "BUZZ!!!" those who we need to get a hold of, etc.

I can't remember, but there's a program you can download that puts all your Yahoo, MSN, and AIM contacts into one program, and you can talk on all three via the same panels.

Matt, you could just have an AIM, MSN, and Yahoo account, and pool all your contacts with that Meebo thing. That way, everyone can just use their preferred messaging thingy, and don't have to install any new ones. You can just send a message through the meebo thing to everyone.
