Way to not get charged tax in the PSN store

Worked for me today

I had 84 Cents in my wallet and had my parents card on my account. I went to buy the godfather pack it charged me $10:84. I didn't buy the pack I went back and tryed this. I went to add funds to wallet in view cart in the top right corner it says add funds. I added $10 to go along with the 84 cents in my account. I then went and got the pack. It just charged me $10 with no tax and also gave me a penny and I now have 85 Cents. Not alot of savings. But still works.
