Well in that case, I'd recommend to everyone who is printing in paint, to print through windows live photo gallery. Just click the file image and it'll open up in it. Or right click the image>Open with>Windows Live Photo Gallery. When you go to print you'll have a few options. Paper size: Letter | Quality: Best | Paper Type: This is depending on the kind of paper you are using. If you're using a photo/glossy paper make sure you select that. And to the right you see the formats you can print the cover in. For 360 do 5x7.

For vista its Windows Live Photo Gallery, XP is Windows Picture and fax viewer.

Well with a quick google I found out that the PS3 covers are 3224 x 1760. I cant find the PSP. When printing I'm not sure what would be the best size. 5x6 would be a good guess. I dont have a PS3/blu ray case to measure lol

Here we go: 5 and 3/8" wide...6 and 3/4" high. Kind of an awkward size.

Well, I'm just helping anyone who was in a situation like me. I had problems getting the size right when just using paint or photoshop.

Dude. Why is this bothering you? When I open paint, print, I get a full page print off. I dont care what you tell me. Thats what happens. I tried this before NCAA 10 came out and asked BigDMo and he told me the same thing you're telling me. "Just print it in PS or Paint and it will print in the right size." Well that didnt happen. So I went a different route. And it worked.

If someone else had the same problem that I did, then follow the steps I posted. Otherwise do what Crazi says.

That could be my problem.

Side question: How do you cut your cover once its printed? Just old fashion scissors and hope you cut straight? Or do you use something? I cant cut straight lol. And didn't add a border or anything as a guideline. Might have to get a special scrap booking tool or something to cut it straight.
