You can't play single player in the trial/demo? Wtf?

EDIT: What am I missing here? I select multiplayer and no matter what I option I select, Local/Ranked/Unranked, I just get a prompt asking me to unlock the full game.

it was the same for psn. You have to play a real life friend or just use 2 controllers to play against yourself. Just buy it on XBL. Only 1200 credits.

Only 1200 space bucks you say? That's $15 real dollars too much. This is probably the only Summer of Arcade game I won't be getting.

And does anyone else think this thread is slightly amusing now. Just check the title. What ever happened to the exclusive PS3 demo? Didn't both consoles get a demo and the 360's actually hit first?

The demo for the PS3 has been out for about a month......the demo for the 360 came out.......wed.
