Random Franchise Updates Thread

I know a lot of guys here do full fledged Franchises in the Franchise/Dynasty section but for those like me who do not have the time, energy, or desire to do a full fledged franchise report, I figured we could use this thread to provide periodic updates and comments/updates about whats going on in your franchise.

I'm mid-game right now so I'll post some comments about mine in a bit. It will probably be a bunch of praising of Rickie Weeks who is having a monstrous start to the season for me.

I play every 4th game so a lot of this has been via sim but I have 3 HRs playing with him, 2 of which were leadoff homers and a 2 run shot that just happened in the game I finished. It's been incredible. I don't really expect it to last but its been a fun start.

I'm currently 13 - 7. The pitching staff has performed well with the exception of Manny Parra who is 0-2. Yo is 4 - 0, 2 simulated wins and 2 wins while I was playing.

Now off to watch the real Brewers beat the Pirates for the 16th straight time.
