Started playing this one again... it's not too bad playing in a pubstomp or two these days since everyone's got experience now.

EDIT: It is HELLA easy to earn medals now though.

Gamefly just sent this one to me, so this will be my next gaming adventure. I think I'm only going to play when my wife is around, since she loves this type of game.

I hate to say it, but I've been playing my PS3 a whole bunch more than my 360 lately. I still hate the controller though.

I've been the same way. I can't remember the last time I touched my 360 besides to download a demo. But I go through spurts.

This game is one of the main reasons I'm getting PS3. I have enough for the PS3 and one game, so I'll be getting it tonight. Once I get good enough I'll have to hit everyone up.

It's not required to enjoy the game itself but you miss like maybe... 2-3 in-jokes.

I'm on chapter 5, I popped in the game and played for two straight hours, not impressive at all I know, but thats rare for me. The graphics are beautiful (even in standard definition), the shooting mechanics are really fluid and the voice acting and dialogue is superb. I actually lolled a couple of times.

I didn't play through "Drake's Fortune" before playing "Among Thieves." However, it can't hurt. You can get the first for about $25 at Best Buy - it's part of the Greatest Hits collection.

I'm a heavy sports-only gamer and this game just looked so interesting with the action/adventure/puzzles that I gave it a shot and I was not disappointed. I absolutely love this game and I am really looking forward to the third installment. Hopefully they do something with Atlantis.

Got a chance to play with the legendary Stevsta.

Unfortunately when he wasn't busy shooting manz, he was playing pseudo-medic most of the time.

Something about an allergy to bullets and rocket-propelled grenades.

also yeah i forgot just how fun coop is however it sucked jaydizzle, vermillion, and I couldnt find a deathmatch game to go in b/c after they left i got into one and dominated 4 matches however on one my teammates lacked in skill and ended up going negative (not me them) so we lost

This game is so hard to put down, the seamless transition from chapter to chapter and the amazing cutscenes and action really make it an entertaining experience. I'm having slight problems with aiming, I'm a little all over the place...on a side note, I love the PS3 controller for FPS's.

That's the first time I've ever heard anyone say that.

I agree with the amazing game comments, though. I just entered the temple going underground...the graphics are amazing, the voice acting is great, the story is awesome. My wife and kids watched me play 4 hours straight today....that never happens.

I know most people hate the controller, but it's so light in comparison with 360's.
