this may be a game killer for me with my franchise. I think about it this morning and it still makes me want to freak out and smash my controller. I didnt do that last night, but i sure wanted to

im playing my franchise, twins vs indians. im 9-9 and have been getting my ass kicked when i lose so its been frustrating at times to play when u are down by 8 runs early on......
anyways, this situation happened to me 4 times in a row when trying to play the Twins.
it happened 4 times because my frustration got the best of me and i quit the game to try and see if my slider adjustments would make any difference.

pavano is pitching....1, 2, 3 1st......2nd inning, allowed 1 run (no biggie)
3rd inning, 3 runs allowed......4th inning, 3 runs allowed.....7-1 score after 4 innings

this same amount of scoring happened 3 str8 games. The twins got these runs by different variety. some were HR one game, some were not, that kind of thing.
After it happened the 1st time, i quit.....2nd time, quit and adjusted sliders......3rd time, quit and adjusted sliders.......4th time....

the 4th game i decided to bring up Adam Miller to pitch. He has amazing stuff in this game and a 96 mph fastball.....great, lets see what happened

innings 1-3 no hit from the twins.....so i got a perfect game going and i also was up 3-0 thinking, ok this is finally gonna stop......NOT

4th inning comes and 45 pitches later, the score is 7-3

4 games in a row the Twins had 7 runs after 4 innings......pre-determined outcome?

games aren't predetermined. just challenging. you're doing something wrong.

i dont think they are predetermined either....but its kinda funny that the cpu would get 7 runs the same way 3 games in a row then 7 in the 4th innings of the 4th game

and throwing more strikes isnt the issue...
