What team should I start an association with?

I'm pretty much done with online play and decided to check out the association mode. I really don't like using the Mavs with association, so what's a low rated team that is fun to rebuild. I thinking about doing one with the Thunder.

all teams that could use some work and aren't being done atm.

Anyways I'd try Thunder, Grizzlies, Warriors

Play with the lakers and trade Kobe off for an average SG and see what you can do with them.

or

Play with Detroit and Let Ivo and Sheed go after the first season and see what you can do from there.
