I feel the same way. I think after the Skate being such a HUGE success (and I used to be a THPS fanboy as well, but it started going downhill after Underground I think...THPS 2 was still amazing, and the soundtrack was badfuckingass). Alas, Skate>THPS in todays age.
EA just continues their route of world domination...along with Google.

I hope the game can be played without this thing cause there is no way Im using that. I long for a good TH game. I played the living shit out of the THPS - THPS4. Awesome games with great soundtracks. Played a little of Underground but lost interest there. I rent pretty much every one that comes out now but ultimately can't get into it anymore.
If they could just deliver a good ass game with an awesome soundtrack and the option to not use the board, I'd be a happy camper.Comment
