Hopefully the NFL will re-instate him. He won't be as good as he once was though. I won't be doing any franchise or anything like that until the first roster update in september so i can use actual official NFL rosters. When you get the game August 14th teams are still in training camp and have about 80 players on there roster so the roster you'll get when you first get the game will pretty much be EA's best guess at who will and will not make teams roster. Teams are required to have official rosters announced and cut down to 53 players i think September 1st.

"From the time he hits the court, he plays at a competitive level that you rarely see," Popovich says. "He does the exact same things that Kobe (Bryant) does, that Michael Jordan did.

          Jacksonville.

I may have to see if Leftwich could come back in any fashion or if Joey Ballgame's available to give myself a challenge on Madden.

::crosses fingers on Garrard stepping it up this year and the O-Line improving somewhat enough to allow a running game to emerge again... Jags PA for 10!::

I love Josh Freeman, I think he's gonna be great in Tampa.

Over a long period of time of course your gonna have QB problems or just want to bring someone else. So yea, i agree with CLW, you can pretty much pick almost every team.

And why do you think he is going to be "great"?

Well Tampa has surrounded him with talent. He has Ward and Graham, good offensive line, then Antonio Bryant at WR and Kellen Winslow at TE.

I think he has a very strong arm and has sneaky athleticism. Like Daunte Culpepper, Jamarcus Russell, Joe Flacco. He has good accuracy as well. He does have great confidence in his arm which could possibly be his downfall if he throws into windows too small, and his decision making is questionable sometimes. But he is better than Stafford or Sanchez in my opinion (not sure how much that is saying though). I've also seen him play a lot and have become a fan.

But isn't the "norm" going to be 70's. I hope he isn't great because I can see myself trading him for a 2nd and 5th round pick (sound fair?) in the upcoming draft. I would trade him to a team that could use him, ie. no to Chargers or Bears etc.

I have a feeling about that too. He finished the season at a 78 in Madden 09, I think. I could see him having a Leinart rating with the new system.

If the Madden franchise mode is going to be realistic then i would say a 2nd and a 5th would be a bad trade. I remember Marshall Faulk was traded for a 2nd and a 5th and VY is not even close to Marshall's level.

I do hope in franchise mode though you can trade drafts picks realistically to how they are in real life. Like i doubt in Madden you would ever be able to trade 2, 5th round picks for Ellis Hobbs and other trades like that.
