I had the same problem.
I Emailed EA Sports, and they set me up with a new password, and shit and it got fixed.
However some of us don't remember our own shit to get onto EA Sportsworld, and some of us are still having this problem even though EA "helped" us "fix" this.
Anyways, I know the solution. I had to do this myself, and it's not hard to do at all.
When you upload a video.
Immediately go onto EASportsworld.com. Now I say immediately because it's essential to do so.
Next, go to Videos.
Next, go to Madden NFL 09.
Next, go to Search by Date. It will give you a drop down menu just like when you had to click Madden NFL 09. It will give you options like Date, Comments, Rating, and so on... well click Date.
Then look for your video. Now it was essential to go immediately due to this last step. You have to catch your video on the first page or it may be hard to find. When people upload after you it will get bumped down the line.
Your video should be on the first page, and it probably won't appear on your profile "last 5 videos" or whatever. It's on the first page, it did upload. Just look for it, and download it to your computer, and your problem is solved.
