Daniels is a better defender which I really need off the bench right now. I kinda struggled in this past game with Davis but still getting used to him. Davis plays with a lot of energy though and grabs a lot of boards surprisingly. (11 in that last game.) And surprisingly, I don't shoot all that well with Daniels. Not yet at least.

Thanks. Hopefully it can translate into some wins here soon. Murphy killed me. He let Yi and Anderson score on him so much. :/

I wish Ricky could score in real life. Hes horrible. But anyway. This chise makes me :jizz: in my pants

          1984 Record: 44-38 (9th in west)
          1985 Record: 42-40 (7th in west; 1st round exit)
1986 Record: 51-31 (3rd in west; swept in finals)

The Grizzlies theme this season should be : "This Season, We're Doing It For The Lulz"

Yeah, besides Davis' inability to slow down VC or shoot consistently, they had decent games.

Granger is solid. I expected to lose with this team lol. Thankfully I got some expirings. I'd be happy to squeeze into the playoffs with the 8th seed. My sliders make this really challenging and pretty frustrating to say the least.

No idea, he was up there grabbing rebounds and playing with energy. Taking rebounds away from granger.

Different Game, Same Story; Pacers Falter In The 4th And Fall To The Sixers

                Starting Lineups:
                T.J. Ford PG Andre Miller
                Ricky Davis SG Andre Iguodala
                Danny Granger SF Thaddeus Young
                Troy Murphy PF Elton Brand
                Chris Kaman C Samuel Dalambert

                (2-5) 103 vs. 108 (4-4)

Elton Brand pumps his fist as the Sixers outlasted the Pacers in Indiana thanks to a near triple double by Brand.

                Player Of The Game:

                Elton Brand

                Quote Of The Game:
"We did some good things out there tonight despite the loss. We held them to 20 points in the 2nd quarter which I was really impressed with. Chris was swatting back anything coming his way and T.J. really clogged passing lanes well. Louis (Williams) just exploded off the bench for them to start the 4th and we fell behind and couldn't recover." - Pacers Head Coach Jim O' Brien

mike just a suggestion, if you save the pic and go to tinypic.com, you can change the picture size so that it is say 600 by 400 or something like that, so it doesn't stretch the screen out

Bird Unhappy With How Pacers Finishing Games

                    Very painful. Very frustrating. Inexcusable.

Those were just a few of the words Indiana Pacers president Larry Bird used to describe how the season has gone so far.

Expectations surrounding the Pacers this season were minimal after they overhauled their roster last summer. What has Bird frustrated is that he's watching a team that doesn't know how to close out opponents. He cringes as veteran players continue to make mistakes down the stretch of games.

That type of play has the Pacers (2-6) four games under .500 going into tonight's contest against the Chicago Bulls at the United Center. The Pacers have the second-worst record in the Eastern Conference.

"There's no excuses. We're not as good as we want to be," Bird said after practice Saturday. "We're not where we want to be. Losing games down the stretch like we have been is very frustrating."

Bird and coach Jim O'Brien knew it was going to be a work in progress after acquiring seven new players in the offseason and two more in an early season trade with the Clippers.

"Jimmy is working hard with the guys," Bird said. "We have a plan here. The guys I think can get the job done for us are here, we just have to add to that. I know we will at some point. . . . You have to put a team out there that's going to compete every night. We do have holes and we have to fill them to continue what we want to do."

Bench Murphy, start Hibbert, bring Nesterovich in if you still have him. Rasho is a rebound monster

imagine Hibbert and Kaman up front
