    yeah, we are definately recruiting well enough. I think we have a really good shot these next couple of years with Murray, Ealey, Brown, Wooten, Orson, and everybody else. I am pumped!

    yeah man. that was a great one. I hated that game though, they dominated us like 24-7 I think or something close to that. That Auburn team was stacked lol

      ==--------------------------

      Georgia Bulldogs At Vanderbilt Commodores
      ---------------------------(6-0)==-------------------------(3-3)

      Rece Davis: Right now, the Georgia Bulldogs are rolling through their schedule and look like the team to beat in the SEC East. Vanderbilt on the otherhand is still looking for their first SEC win. Can they get it today?

      Lee Corso: No. No no no no no! Not even close. I mean this game is gonna be ugly. Vanderbilt is horrible on defense and 104th in the nation on run defense. Do you really believe they can stop Caleb King? No way my friend, Georgia is winning this one, and its not gonna be pretty.

      Kirk Herbstreit: Lee, they don't need to stop him.... just contain him which they might. The stat I am looking at the most is turnover differential. Georgia is -5 and Vanderbilt is +5. I think Georgia is gonna make some costly mistakes and Vandy is gonna capitalize on it and pull of the upset!

      Can he control the ball and keep Georgia's offense off the field?

      Caleb King- HB
      Can he be stopped by one of the worst rushing defenses in the nation?

                  Georgia's Defense Dominates the 'Dores!

                  Georgia's defense held Vandy to just 113 yards.

                  Last week, Georgia's offense was simply overpowering against the Volunteers. They gained almost 500 yards of total offense. This week against Vandy, the Dawgs defense was the key to victory. They held the Commodores to just 113 yards and three points. Vanderbilt did not convert on a third down (0-8) and they failed to get into the redzone. Georgia gained 357 yards with 222 coming from the air. In fact, they only threw four incomplete passes all game.

                  Vandy started off quick hitting a 54 yard field goal on the opening drive of the game. However, the game was never close after that. Georgia rallied to score 34 consecutive points that had three in the air and two on the ground. Caleb King controlled the clock with 25 carries and 127 yards. AJ Green was also a star with 5 receptions for 102 yards.

                    Mark Richt Post-Game Press Conference

                    Reporter:Last week your offense was dominate, this week it was your defense, how will you get them both to work at the same time?

                    Mark Richt: Its tough. Teams rarely do it. You always see a great offensive team with poor defense or a great defense with a anemic offense. The key thing about getting them together is focus. You can't take any plays off and you have to go all out on every play until the whistle.

                    Reporter: Caleb King has been amazing this year, and it seems he can take control of the game at anytime, how has that helped your offense?

                    Mark Richt: Caleb has definately been big this year. He is the spark to our offense much like Knowshon Moreno was. If he gets going, our offense is great. If he is stopped, then our offense doesn't execute. He opens up our playbook though because we run him till the put eight guys in the box. Thats when we do a play-action deep to AJ [Green]. My passing game has always been with play-action and you need a great running back for that to work.

                    Reporter: How has Caleb being in the Heisman race affected his attitude , do you think its making him better or worse?

                    Mark Richt: Made him a hundred times better. When Caleb was at Parkview High School he was the top ranked running back in the nation and was considered to be our next dominant running back when he was in college. He wowed everyone with his moves and vision. His Senior year he transferred to Greater Atlanta Christian and hurt his leg and was out for the year. He lost confidence and had a little bit of an attitude. This offseason he finally regained his explosiveness and he starting becoming confident. As the season has gone on he has gotten better and better. Now he is fully confident.

                    Reporter: With the Florida game right around the corner what will you do this week to prepare for all those weapons they have?

                    Mark Richt: It is definately a challenge. They are so fast and that offense is so unique. I like to play man-to-man and blitz and fluster Tebow. We did that in 2007 and forced 6 sacks. But you can't stop that offense, you just contain it.

                    Reporter: How do you plan on shutting Tim Tebow down?

                    Mark Richt: You obviously aren't going to shut him down but your best chance of slowing him is to get him out of his rythm. You have to blitz from everywhere and run spies. You also need to get a hit on him every oppurtunity. He needs to be hurting by the end of the game.

                    Reporter: They have tons of speed and we all know that, how do you plan on covering it all?

                    Mark Richt: We have also recruited a lot of speed and we run a 4-2-6 against Florida. I want to match up and go man-to-man. We also need to play bump coverage to throw off their timing.

                    Reporter: What do you think it will take to win this game??

                    Mark Richt: Its gonna take a great effort. We can't make mistakes. We did that last year and they dominated us. You have to be smart and just run the ball right at them. We did that in 2007 but not last year. You need to run probably 40-50 times and play ball control.

                    Reporter: Do you plan on getting Richard Samuel some carries this week, he doesnt get the ball often, but as we saw last season he has great speed and can score any time he touches the ball?

                    Mark Richt: Definately. I haven't gotten him as many carries as I wanted this season because it is hard to take King out. Samuel is more of a power runner and is very talented. We will definately see him in Jacksonville.

                    Reporter: We all know AJ Green has talent, but Florida has an outstanding Cornerback in Janoris Jenkins and a good Safety in Major Wright, so what will you guys do with all that attention over to AJ's side?

                    Mark Richt: You have to be smart. You use him as a decoy. This means that Marlon [Brown] and Michael [Moore] will have to step up. Also we will run some screens to AJ and drag routes to get him open.

                                The Georgia Bulldogs have recieved a soft commit from Titus Ryan. Ryan is a five-star prospect and the second best guard in the class. He can provide depth there as the Dawgs continue to build a dominant line.
