Very impressive game to make the comeback in the second half to get the win. While I think Caleb King had a great game I have to tip my hat to Aaron Murray. 13/16 200+ yards it getting it done. I am assuming that is something we will be seeing all season since he has such a dominate offensive line blocking for him. Great game!

yeah, it is really impressive that he did that cuz on the sliders qb accuracy is a 15 instead of 50. He had the underneath stuff open all game and then occasionally Tavarres King and Kris Durham would get open deep. Green was looking to have a big game till he got hurt
Chris Fowler: We are here is Columbia, South Carolina, for the annual Georgia-South Carolina game. Last year Georgia won 24 to 21 and this series is always very close. Last week Georgia beat Boise on the road while South Carolina struggled mightily with Troy. Guys, what are your picks?
Lee Corso: I'm taking Georgia and I will tell you why.... Aaron Murray. This kid came in and put up a great and I mean GREAT game in his first start last week. South Carolina gave up 337 yards last week throught the air last week against Troy so I am expecting big things from this kid. Georgia wins but it is closer than you would expect!
Kirk Herbstreit: Close is right.... except South Carolina wins close! Thats right, I am picking the upset. Murray will get rattled at Williams-Brice Stadium and they will contain King. South Carolina wins 17-14!

The game was close for oh.... maybe five minutes. South Carolina drove down the field on the opening drive but was held to only a field goal. However, with two minutes left in the quarter, Georgia scored on a 8 yard pass.
In the second quarter, Georgia scored on a yard run to go up 14-3. South Carolina responded however with a field goal to make it 14-6. On the first play of Georgia's drive, Murray was picked off and South Carolina had the ball at Georgia's ten. However, South Carolina failed to score and Georgia forced a turnover on downs at their goalline. The momentum had turned and the Dawgs capitalized on it. They drove down and scored with 52 seconds remaining to make it 21 to 6. The game turned to a rout as the next play the Gamecocks fumbled setting up another Georgia touchdown before the half. 28 to 6.
The second half was mostly Georgia controlling the clock and running the ball. King had two touchdowns in the third quarter and Thomas and Jackson split the load for the fourth quarter.
