Purdue gets early commit of the #8 Corner Back in the Nation


Marlin Landry, #8 CB

As Purdue gets ready to face #19 Iowa at home for there week 4 match up, they also added a great young player for next season's team. Marlin Landry, the number 8 corner back in this season's recruiting class, committed to Purdue early Friday morning. This is great news for the Boilers, since the secondary has been a big problem for them for many years. With the addition of Landry, Mark Chase and Aaron Hill from last season, and possibly more secondary recruits this season, the Purdue secondary could be one of the best in a year or two.
