run game has actually been realistic for me thus far, deangelo williams killed me as expected, then bush and larry johnson didn't do much. also westbrooks been putting up solid numbers too

As far as my running game, Lynch was decent, Fred Jackson could hardly get past theline of scrimmage. My O-line kinda sucks.lol

Forte missed most of the game after going down with an injury that kept him out for most of the 1st half. And since it's preseason, he didn't play any of the 2nd half.

Kevin Jones did decent but it seems like the CPU ran a really pass-heavy offense. Maybe it's just the Bears and not every team, who knows. I dominated ToP.

lol, he started lining up as WR4 in the 2nd half and with them having LB's covering him, it was a field day out there.

Regular season updates will have videos/highlights as well as in-depth previews and such. Bare with me in the preseason. Just getting a feel for the game and NFL chising in general.

Bills Sign On Some Offensive Line Help

                  It all starts up front.

That’s one of the most commonly used phases around the National Football League.

                  Why?

Because the ability to provide adequate pass protection and effective run blocking are the keys to offensive success.

Quarterbacks need time to get through their reads, wide receivers need time to get down the field and running backs need holes to burst through for positive gains. Without a stout and efficient offensive line, it becomes very difficult to move the football.

The Bills offensive line is ranked ranked amongst the leagues worst and it showed in their 1st preseason game, a 37-31 loss to the Bears after a 54 yard intereception return on a Ryan Fitzpatrick pass. A pass that may have been a bit hurried considering how often the pocket was collapsing around the Bills quarterbacks Saturday night.

The Bills traded away Pro Bowl left tackle Jason Peters to Philadelphia last season and now have two rookies (Eric Wood, Louisville, and Andy Levitre, Oregon State) in the starting five.

The Bills are rumored to have come to agreement with former Bengal and current free agent left tackle Levi Jones today.

The team didn't disclose financial terms of the deal, but it's believed to be a 1 year deal worth near 7 mill.

Jones was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the first round (10th overall) of the 2002 NFL draft.

Less than a month after the Bengals selected Alabama offensive tackle Andre Smith sixth overall in the 2009 NFL Draft, the team released Jones on May 6, 2009.

"We have an obvious need at that position, and we feel that Levi can start for us," Bills General Manager Russ Brandon said. "If another player emerges at that position, Levi is an experienced player who would give us valuable depth at both tackle positions."

Despite being signed only to a year contract, Jones shrugged off the notion that he's just a stopgap replacement for the Bills.

The Bills offensive line depth chart is hardly set in stone and will likely see changes before the teams 2009 season opener when the Bills head to Foxboro to visit the New England Patriots, the decade's winningest team (102-42 since 2000).

Speedy running backs are hard to get use to. I couldn't do shit with Slaton for the first like 6 games then I got it down.

Lynch is a power back. He's good running it up mid and down the D's throat. Just not going to see a whole lot of him in preseason.

I'm not sure if Fred Jackson is considered a speedy back but he certainly doesn't seem to have the stuff I'm looking for at this point. lol.

Hoping this Levi Jones signing helps my running game a bit. I'll get this 2nd preseason game in as soon as I get home. :D

Yeah I was referring to Jackson, I'm not damn retarded. I always thought he was a pretty fast running back. Might be wrong though.

I was originally going to play all the preseason games but 1 preseason game is good enough. Going to sim the remainder of the preseason and get to the regular season. Updates coming in a bit.
