Free Agency Draws To An End; Bills Pick Up Some Depth

    - WR Mike Thomas (74) signed to a 5 year deal worth $12.30M

Thomas could see passes coming his way if the Bills choose to run more 4 receiver sets in 2012. The former Jaguar, Thomas ends up becoming the 2nd fastest receiver on the Bills roster behind Lee Evans. In his first 2 years combined, Thomas caught 89 passes for 1,062 yards and 9 touchdowns.

    - FS Courtney Greene (71) signed to a 2 year deal worth $3.04M

    - HB Quinton Brown (60) to a 1 year deal worth $870K

Filling out the roster at this point. Greene adds depth and nothing more really. Brown however, comes with a 96 speed rating. He could end up being the Bills next return specialist if Roscoe Parrish continues to decline.

      fucking L o L.

The Patriots signed LT right...They got Sproles after the 1st season. Now LT and Sproles reunited in NE.

The Chargers let LT go because apparently they thought they would just sign 3 receivers instead ROFL

Hilarious. lol and Thomas Jones/Hines Ward still available. What a clusterfuck.

Going to do the draft now.

And in the game's "draft grades" list, I was ranked 31st with a D+ draft.

lol yeah, I used it this time around. But even with scouting and what not in the previous years, my drafts were still pretty solid.

LT is 33 now. So dumb though. Well, they did get a rookie HB out of the draft with an 84 rating but still. They now have 4 80+ receivers and 78 rated Chris Chambers.

If the AI had any sense, they would've kept LT and signed one less receiver. lol.

Well, maybe there was an incident with him that forced them to move on. Who knows?

Well, I had a preseason recap update coming but I simmed past the preaseason so don't have the scores. Meh, not like it's important. Went 3-1 in the preseason.

Eyebrows should've been raised even before the playoffs came around when the Dolphins, who finished 4-12 last season season, accounted for 2 of the Bills 3 losses a season ago.

You're right, you're right. We can't live in the past. That was the Bills of old.

The Bills won't have to wait long to avenge those losses and prove that they are not the same team they were last year as they travel to South Florida to take on the Dolphins in the 2012 Monday Night season opener.

There has been more than enough talk about the free agency acquisitions, the draft picks, all the hard work in the offseason.

The stage is all yours Buffalo. Now it's time to show us.

Damn, can't go to sleep or you'll be 5 pages behind in Mike's chise lol....some quick hitters

Nice signing of Lovie, but tough break for Jauron.....he had great seasons but failed in the playoffs

Kawika Mitchell WTF? he's only 32 and his declining quick as hell

You had a great draft....they'd all start immediately for the Castoffs, no one under 70 ovr....and look at that potential

The safety Parker looks like he could become a certified beast

LT and Sproles in NE, wow...I'm assuming Brady and Moss are also still there??

                              Good luck this season

Thanks man. Although my offseason updates are usually quick and not really well presented/put together imo because I'm trying to get through it quickly and get back to the games.

Appreciate it though. Yeah. coming into season 4 now.

I don't know what I'd do without you.

Man, looking at your depth chart, your team is pretty crazy. Solid players all around. You need that one big impact player, though. All of your starters a great, but your team kinda lacks that one superstar.
But that doesn't even matter. What matters is playoff wins. :P
It's hard to lure big superstars to a place like Buffalo. You would think with the success I've brought to the franchise it would be easier but not the case. I'm being forced to build through the draft and pick up average players and hope they develop well. I've always been a fan of balanced teams though, regardless of sport.

i.e. my NBA chises, I'd take a team of 5 85+ rated guys as opposed to a 1 90 and 4 sub-85 rated guys. Just fits my play style.

I have absolutely no idea why he declined like that. I was actually in awe when I saw that. I expected him to give me at least 1 more good year. Oh well, he's in the last year of his contract.

lol the castoffs. Should be fun once you start building through the draft and "hopefully" bring in some guys from free agency. expansion teams seem like hella fun. Yeah, Brady/Moss/Wes, the whole gang's still there.

                                Thanks for following guys!
