Week 11 Preview
Sunday, November 18, 4:00 PM @ Ralph Wilson Stadium
(7-2) vs (5-4)
Everything is starting to come together for the Bills.
The new look defensive scheme under Head Coach Lovie Smith has given opposing offensive coordinators headaches.
Marshawn Lynch is running up and over opposing defenders and Trent Edwards look like he is coming back after an impressive showing against the Rams a week ago.
Additionally, the Bills are riding the crest of a 3 game win streak.
On the other hand, the Colts have a 2 game losing streak hanging over the heads and are last in an extremely tight AFC South.
The Colts better get it together soon or else it'll be another season with bags packed early as they missed the postseason last year as well. Especially if they want to give Peyton Manning another shot at a title. Manning, 36, isn't getting any younger you know.
Colts Key Additions: CB Terrell Thomas (76)

Thanks.
It was a really good game. The Colts one that is. I'll likely have it up tomorrow night. Getting ready for bed.

Every other game I was winning games despite my offense. Won that game because of my offense.
That's how it's been this season. Defense carrying the load.
and lol, I always said that about your Heat chise. I'm just anxious man. I need to win a Super Bowl with these fuckers already!Comment

Can Maybin Break Strahan's Record?
Aaron Maybin Career Stats:
*7 games remaining in 2012-13
In an interview earlier this week, former New York Giants defensive end Michael Strahan of was asked if he thought Bills defensive end Aaron Maybin could break his league record for sacks in a single season (22½).
"He can have it, man," Strahan said with a laugh. "Then everyone can leave me alone about that damn Brett Favre sack."
On Jan. 6, 2002, the Green Bay Packers were playing the host Giants in the last game of the 2001 regular season.
On the play Strahan set the record, Favre appeared to dive to the turf while scrambling, allowing Strahan to fall on him for the easy sack. Favre was criticized for handing the record to Strahan, rather than making him get it in the natural flow of the game.
In Maybin's first 3 seasons in the NFL, he recorded 21 sacks.
But this year, in the new and improved Bills defensive scheme under Head Coach Lovie Smith, Maybin has shined, already racking up 15 sacks this year with 7 games still left to be played.
"I know what I can do," Maybin said. "It’s all about getting out there and doing it again, and that’s the hard part now. Teams are going to be gunning for you. Now the pressure’s on. Can you still do it?"
"Getting 22, 23 (sacks) would be awesome, but I always got to look at it as how effective I can be."
"I look up to Strahan. I learned a lot from him watching and studying his film," Maybin added.
"He’s such a great player on the field, but in a sense that he’s an understated player," Strahan said. "He works hard and has improved every year he has been in the league. He is definitely making his presence felt."
"For anybody who knows football, you have to appreciate what he does. And for me, I have all the respect in the world for him. If there is anybody I’d love to see break that record, he would be that guy."Comment

Probably my favorite defensive player.
Didn't play much in his rookie season because I still had Schobel and Kelsay but he has become a menace for me.
Assuming I can get at least 1 sack in the next 7 games, I'd at least get to 22. :horse:Comment
