    (2-1) AT (1-2)

    Week Four Preview

Dunta Robinson will have to shut down Steve Smith in this game.

The Texans will add more offensive firepower with Andre Johnson coming back to the team.

They will be facing a Giants team missing one of their defensive studs, Osi Umenyiora. Grant it, they still have Justin Tuck, the Texans may look to abuse the side of the field Osi Umenyiora is usually on.

Matt Schaub has shown signs of improvement of decision making lately, and hopes to continue that this game against the slow yet smart Giants secondary.

Texans Trade Quin Jr., Eugene Wilson for Major Wright

The Texans and Colts both received needs in this trade.

The Colts received Glover Quin Jr., a young corner back with a lot of potential, who will step in as the third string corner back corner back for the time being.

They also received Eugene Wilson, an experienced safety that can play both safety positions and corner if needed. He will be a better fit for the Colts then Major Wright

The Texans received a young, raw safety in Major Wright. He is a down grade of Eugene Wilson at the moment, but that should not be long.

One of the main reasons this trade was down is because the Colts have both safety positions locked up on 5 year deals, and they needed fill a whole at corner back. That alone was equal value, Ferguson was just a plus. Great trade by both teams. All three players will be playing in their respective Week 4 game.

Looks like your getting the passing down. Took me about the same amount of time to get it as well. Brutal way to give up the game late though.

                    What happened?

                          Robo Manning got me again.

I just could not stop them, period. I did good the whole entire game, then I enter the 4th quarter and boom they explode.

I think it's finally I stopped trying to bomb it down field, and just throw it short routes, which Schaub is a master at, And Benn has been a huge factor in that.

                            (2-2) AT (1-3)

                            Week Five Preview

DeMeco Ryans and Brian Cushing look to continue their stellar play against the Broncos.

Bring the oxygen masks, we're going to the mile high city.

The 2-2 Texans will be squaring off against the 1-3 Broncos in Week 5 of the 2010 NFL season.

The Broncos have a new QB this season Jason Campbell. He has thrown for 946 yards and 9 touchdowns so far this season. He sure has the targets in Brandon Marshall and Eddie Royal to throw to, but he's not the reason for the Broncos struggles.

They have a horrible defensive line, and I mean horrible. They have 0 depth at the LB positions, and their starting LOLB Jarvis Moss is out with an injury, as well as starting MLB D.J. Williams. Young, talented ROLB Robert Ayers is in his second NFL season and is leading this Denver line backing corps.

The secondary is the strong point of the Broncos defense. They have Champ Bailey and 2 year man Alphonso Smith at corner back. They also have sophomore free safety Darcel McBath from Texas Tech, and the hard hitting Brian Dawkins at strong safety.

The Texans just need to take advantage of slants and drag routes this game against the weak Broncos line backing group, and that should lead them to a win.

Yeah, I was happy with how he played.

I played the Broncos game before I got some lunch with my sister. Shootout to say the least. Probably have that up in about an hour or 2.
