This could be a potential trap game for Chicago, but also a game that could give the Seattle defense the spark it's looking for. Jay Cutler gives any secondary a reason to play with some swagger.

        Chicago Players to Watch
Obviously we all want to see how Jay Cutler will fare. He is the NFL's most enjoyable punching bag, and the constant sourpuss look on his face makes it only sweeter. If Cutler can maintain the turnovers there is no way the Bears will get blown out. Matt Forte and Devin Hester are also game changers on offense, look for Ron Turner to get both of them in the game. On the defensive side of the ball Charles Tillman against T.J Houshamzadeh will be a fun matchup to watch. Tillman is a physical corner and Housh is a possession wideout, who will come out the victor?

        Seattle Seahawks Players to Watch

As highlighted above, T.J Houshmanzadeh will be someone to watch. Housh has been targeted many times in the first two weeks, but has not been able to reel in the amount of catches or yards he finds ideal. Look for Housh try to open up deep downfield more against the Bears. I hate to harp on it, but either Julius Jones or Justin Forsett needs to step up. 50 yards a game rushing will get you nowhere..fast.

        Prediction
        Seattle Seahawks 17
        San Francisco 49ers 14

Seattle Can't Make up Ground, Fall to 1-2

              31 26

Washington If you like big plays, this was the game to watch. Highlighted by a 54 yard Matt Forte TD run, 64 yard Julius Jones TD run, 96 yard kickoff return by Danieal Manning and a 51 yard TD pass to Rashied Davis, The only problem was that plays went Chicago's way leaving Seattle multiple deficits to battle back from.

Seattle's defense struggled immensely throughout most of the game struggling to contain Matt Forte and Jay Cutler at crucial situations. Julius Jones looked a lot better, perhaps lengthening the gap between him and Justin Forsett. Seattle matched Chicago stat for stat in the scorecard, just came up a little too short in this game. Good signs from this game though as th team showed a little spunk and did not quit.

Colts Thump Seahawks, Seattle falls to 1-3

                            33 13

Indianapolis Since when did this become the defense who allowed mega plays on the regular? With 3:50 to go in the first quarter, Donald Brown took a pitch 90 yards UNTOUCHED to the house. After that embarrassing display of a defensive showing, it could only get better from there, right? Wrong. The Peyton Manning to Dallas Clark convention rolled through the second quarter, collecting just another pitch and catch for a touchdown. Reggie Wayne caught a deep bomb from Manning, making the score 21-6 and amassing a total of 7 big scoring plays allowed from this defense already through 4 games.

Most of the game was the Matt Stover and Olindo Mare show, as both combined for most of the teams offenses. Matt Hasselbeck did find Nate Burleson late in the game for an 18 yard strike, but it was far too late. The Seahawks will need to patch up the defense somehow if they hope to remain even somewhat competitive.
