Yea, their pitching is crap. You should be able to get on the board against them. Just watch out for Josh Hamilton. Make him chase balls, and if he doesn't just walk him. You can live with walking Hamilton, just don't throw him any clean strikes over the plate or he'll go yard.Comment

By the way, I changed up the layout a bit. Bolded the RUNS column and presented the HR, R, RBI etc type shit separate from the lineup so it looks less cluttered imo and easier to read imo.Comment

And just a suggestion, you should change your team color to orange. You know how your using blue for like your players and the box score, I'd go orange. There's a lot of teams that use blue, not a lot who use orange, so it'd be easier.Comment

Tigers Finally Nab A Win In Close One Against The Rangers

Gary Sheffield trots around the basepaths after hitting career homer #501.
The final score was a close one but the Tigers prevailed in their home opener in front of 36,298 fans at Comerica Park. Zach Miner earned his 1st victory of the season working 2 and a third innings and striking out 4 in relief of starter Dontrelle Willis. Leading the way offensively was Gary Sheffield, who drilled a solo home run in the the 4th and went 2-4 in the game. Gerald Laird's RBI single in the 7th put the Tigers out in front to help them net the win. In the contest, Placid Polanco was able to stroke career hit number 1500. The series resumes tomorrow afternoon, with Justin Verlander (0-1, 2.57 ERA) scaling the mound for the Tigers to face off with Matt Harrison (0-0, 0.00) for the Rangers.
