South Carolina sluggish in 14-3 Win over Southern Miss.

The old ball coach's visor took a beating in the opening game for the Gamecocks. The SC offense couldn't get it going into late in the 3rd quarter . "I don't know" Spurrier said. We have a week to get it together before Georgia comes to town. "You can bet the Bulldogs will be ready come Saturday afternoon". Question is wiil we be ready for them? Said Spurrier as he was leaving the field. It will be the SEC league opener for both schools.

Coach Spurrier and 16 Time World Champion Nature Boy Ric Flair was seen talking after the game.

As you can see, this is a no frills, nothing fancy one season dynasty. I've been looking around at other's people's work and they are amazing. I'm having fun with it so that's what counts I guess.

For some reason, my first two games were played using 5 minute qtrs. I thought I had bumped them up but I didn't. From now on, I will be using 8 minute qtrs.

Whole Lot of Nothin' Rivalry game gets ugly as South Carolina shuts down Georgia's offense.

Columbia, SC - Running back Kenny Miles ran for 221 yards in 9-0 win over their arch rival Georgia Bulldogs. The Gamecocks were depended on their running game as Steven Garcia and the Cock N' Fire passing attack has yet to get it going so far this season. Coach Spurrier told reporters after the game that he was going to help get the Gamecock offense up and running. South Carolina takes a break from SEC play next week as they host the Cobras.

Your links didn't show the team or player stats.
I hope my online dynasty isn't the same way.
What's the point of having those things if no one else can see them.

I didn't even notice that. Thanks Dave. I don't think the bugs have been worked out on this thing. You are right, what's the use of putting time and effort into this if it's not working like it should?

I signed up to get the stats of each game played e-mailed to me but no such luck in that as well.

I can't see your player or team stats.

On my dynasty page, I can see both for individual games ... and the season overall.
I hope anyone who looks at my page can see the same.

Gamecocks strike early and often versus lowly Cobras 91-0.

Columbia, SC - Few and far between, that's what Steve Spurrier said about the easy win against the Cobras Saturday afternoon. We wasn't trying to run up the score, said Spurrier, they just couldn't stop us. QB Steven Garica had an excellent day passing the ball has he finished with 320 yards.

Running back Kenny Miles had another 200 yard rushing day. He has been on quite a roll for the Gamecocks so far in the early part of the season. South Carolina comes back into SEC play next week as they travel to Auburn to face the Tigers.

South Carolina continued it's winning ways with a hard fought 28-14 win over SEC West rival, the Auburn Tigers. Steven Garcia rushed for two TD's and had another excellent passing day. The game was much closer than the final score with both teams going at it tooth and nail." We were lucky to get out of there with a win" said Head Coach Steve Spurrier. USC is off next Saturday.
