Big Pickup on D for Milan

Just two weeks before the transfer deadline, AC Milan buys out the 29 year old Ashley Cole. Playing him at an outside defense position, he adds a level of speed and reliability to Milan. Look for him to also get involved in the offense. Cole was a high salary player, so dont expect Milan to try and buy anyone else out without loaning a player first.

With the lone goal coming in the 62' from a header off a corner kick, Milan loses its first game of the season. Other than that the game was very even throughout.

After a heartbreaking loss Milan came back to win 2-1 over Lazio. The best news for Milan though, was how well their CAM Ronaldinho played, recording two goals.
