I seen a little what Donte Green can do during my Heat game, I was impressed he has a great shot but we'll see, just don't think I'm ready to put him in as the starting swing man.
What I need is a three point threat!
Also looking to ship Brad Miller, not because I hate him or anything but Hawes is the exact same player and cheaper! Dumping that 11M contract will free up some cap room to make a serious offer to a FA in the off-season.25-02, 23:16 Yawkey Way celtics fucking suckComment

Adam Morrison would fit into what the Kings are trying to create. Diener could be moved as far as PG's go.Comment

ok, heres a deal i was working on...salaries match up according to ESPN
Portland Receives:
Vince Carter
'09 2nd from NJ
Charlotte Receives
Travis Outlaw
Josh Boone
Yi Jianlian
New Jersey Receives
Gerald Wallace
'09 First(Portland)
Why for Portland: This trade would hinge on the blazers being in contention at the trading deadline. With the need for a veteran presence, they acquire Vince Carter, who will go back to his natural position the three. That leaves a starting core of Bayless/Blake-Roy-VC-LMA-Oden with a surplus of young talent off the bench. They don't have much more roster space for any young guys, so they just get a '09 2nd.
Why for Charlotte: They have been actively shopping Gerald Wallace irl, as he does not fit in with Larry Brown's new style, and they desperately need big men to help emeka okafor. They receive Travis Outlaw, a good athletic young guy from portland who takes over for G-Wall. They then receive Josh Boone, a budding young C from NJ, and Yi Jianlian, the athletic 7 footer from china.
Why for NJ: We clear up space down low for Brooke Lopez, Ryan Anderson, Sean Williams, Stromile Swift, and Najera. We take on Lafreantz's huge expiring, which will provide cap relief+an extra body down low. G-Wall can take over at the three, moving Bobby Simmons up to the 2 to platoon with CDR. Jarvis Hayes comes off the bench. Seeing as portland is in the hunt right now assuming this trade goes through, they give up the first rounder because there is no room anyways on their roster, and they desperately need a veteran presence.Comment
