Mccants? Aren't you already loaded at the 2 with Roy/Webster/Rudy/Bayless fighting for minutes there?

I'm the Hawks. I'm wondering what it would take to get Danilo Gallinari from the New York Knicks.

            Portland Receive:
            Rashad McCants, SG, 75, 1yr/$2.62M
            '09 Second Round Pick

            Sacramento Receive:
            Travis Outlaw, SF, 80, 2yr/$8.00M
            Sergio Rodriguez, PG, 75, 2yr/$2.94M

Outlaw was getting angry, so I ship him before he becomes too angry. McCants gives me another shooter off the bench, and takes up a prospect role. This allows Rudy Fernandez to take the Sixth Man role, which he is ecstatic about. It also gives me a early-to-mid second round pick.
Travis outlaw has lots of upside and this deal actually looks pretty decent. I always see the Kings trading for Posey or Peja in my trade so maybe this trade will prevent them doing so. It forces Greene back to the bench but either way, he can develop as opposed to be thrown into the mix right away. Outlaw was constantly in trade rumors this season, mostly because he feels he deserves more shots. He wants to be the #1-2 option on a team and in his head he think he deserves it. He'd get that in Sactown. He made a quote once saying he could score as much as melo given as much shots as melo gets. Sergio kinda adds to their logjam at point imo though with Bobby jackson and beno around.

I was thinking maybe Zaza Pachulia + Ronald Murray and I could add a 2nd rounder if I needed to. I don't know how the actual deal would look like with salaries and stuff, but that would be the base.

True, but he also plays behind Wilson Chandler, Quentin Richardson, etc. Who do you think I should trade for him then?

looks good for the hornets minus salary issues.

heat get a great (read fast) point

pacers end up with jarrett jack as their starting point and a logjam at the 2 with Daniels/Dunleavy/Rush.

It's alright but you clearly end up with the MUCH better end of the deal.

Amare wanted to be traded. Phoenix didn't trade him because they couldn't get enough in return. Much like what you are offering. ;)

Think smaller. Thunder aren't winning a championship anytime soon.

Not even close. Amare is too good. You'd probably have to give up Green or Westbrook to get Amare.

Hmm, ok I'll rework it and post it later.

They probably wouldn't even consider the deal if BOTH durant and westbrook were involved rofl.

I mean, if you know you want a guy like Amare, why not just play with the Suns?:tocktock:

Very true, but I'd consider it if Durant was involved. There would definitely have to be WAY more involved, but you could get by by giving up Durant and not Westbrook.
