    Redd has a horrible shot

    1984 Record: 44-38 (9th in west)
    1985 Record: 42-40 (7th in west; 1st round exit)
1986 Record: 51-31 (3rd in west; swept in finals)

The Grizzlies theme this season should be : "This Season, We're Doing It For The Lulz"

They have Ariza. Posey + Peja would just create more of a logjam. Don't forget Shane Battier.

Peja seems pretty costly just for them to have him coming off the bench.

            Cavs Get:

            PF Elton Brand
            2010 1st Round Pick

            Philly Gets:

            PF Anderson Varejao
            PG Mo Williams
            2010 1st Round Pick

Bosh went down with an injury, if it holds through the entire time I might not be able to move him prior to the deadline. Enter Elton Brand. Philly gets a replacement player in Varejao and a Pure Point in Mo. We swap round 1 draft picks basically for Mo.

            And....

            Golden State Gets:

            C Zydrunas Ilgauskas

            Cavaliers Get:

            G-F Stephen Jackson.

This is a rumor that started in the off-season and IRL is starting to get stronger. I want to focus on developing the younger players and having a different sixth man (PF Leon Powe) step into the role when he returns from injury (a day or two game time). I move Z's expiring contract to Golden State to get another Forward/Guard in Stephen Jackson to help at the 2. This also gets rid of starting two PG's at 1 and 2.

            Depth Chart:

            Daniel Gibson/Delonte West
            Stephen Jackson/Anthony Parker
            LeBron James/Jamario Moon/Daniel Green
            Elton Brand/Leon Powe/Darnell Jackson
            Shaquille O'Neal/J.J. Hickson
25-02, 23:16 Yawkey Way celtics fucking suck

Hm, you get a lottery pick if you swap picks, no?

Think that's selling them a bit short considering what your getting in return. I understand your giving up Mo but Varejao's contract is pretty harsh. 6/7 mill for like 5 years. they don't exactly get cap relief out of the deal so don't think they should give up their pick.

basically a swap of z to GS for s jack. doable considering the situation.

If I take their pick out of the equation, do I still give up mine?

I would think so. Not like it matters much imo. You're a championship contender.

Getting mo and varejao isn't exactly a rebuild by any means so I think giving them the pick is justifiable.

Sucks Bosh went down, doesn't it? rofl.

No kidding It's like the game knew I wanted him after all this time and decided an injury would fix my little red wagon. That was a hell of a deal we all put together too...

Outside of Elton Brand, can you think of a Bosh like PF?

                        Um, lamarcus aldridge? (good luck)

at work so I don't have the game with all the rosters in front of me. LMA comes to mind immediately though but they just signed him to an extension, etc.

Elton Brand was quite FTL on 2k9. You might want to try him out if you haven't already. He misses a lot of easy shit.

With Oden gone in Portland I doubt they move LMA. Especially when they're fourth in the West in my chise.

So I was playing around with the Rosters and I found this deal that will clear...

(note: Elton Brand is injured as well, so I can't get him)

                              Cavaliers Gets:

                              SF S. Jackson
                              PF A. Harrington

                              Golden State Gets:

                              C Anderson Varejao

                              New York Knicks Get:

                              C Zydrunas Ilgauskas

New York gets a bigger expiring with Z. Nearly 1.51M more.

Varejao and S-Jax's contracts nearly match value wise. Anderson is 5yrs/38.50M, and S-Jax 4Yrs/35.42M.

                                LOL

                                Brand injured too?

                                That deal makes sense.
