New York Knicks Vs Utah Jazz

Tough Loss For Knicks In OT Thriller

      Knicks 18 15 29 22 11 95
      Jazz 20 21 21 22 13 97

Player Of the Game : Mehmet Okur

      - 28 Points, 9 Rebounds, 2 Steals, 2 assists

Despite Some Good Signs We Lose A Close One
I really thought this game was ours, we deserved it and played like a team, when it needed to our defense stood up and duhon and nate made some key steals. I cant really pick out what we needed to do better.
We were down most of the game but it was always close, robinson got two quick buckets and thats what got us ahead, this was in the 4th quarter and they started intentially fouling me so i thought if i made free throws i should win... Made two with Lee and we were up 3, timeout to Utah.

They ran a play and got Mehmet open for a three, he got the ball and swish it went in. Overtime was pretty equal but nate missed the game winner unfortunately and we went down.

      Knicks Scoring
      - 28 Points, 9 Assists, 3 Steals, 2-5 3 Pointers
      - 23 Points, 10 Rebounds, 4 Steals
      - 11 Points, 1-3 3 Pointers
      - 10 Points, 2 Steals, 2 Blocks
      - 8 Points, 2 Rebounds, 3 Blocks
      - 8 Points, 7 Assists, 3 Steals
      - 5 Points, 1 Rebound
      - 2 Points, 2 Steals

New York Knicks Vs Los Angeles Lakers

Andrew Bynum And LA, Too Good For The Knicks

"We were undersized tonight and it showed, its an area we need to improve on with our defence, Bynum and Gasol were too dominant tonight" - Chris Wilcox

Jordan Player Of The Game: Andrew Bynum

                17 Points - 12 Rebounds - 2 Blocks

                Game Notes
                - Tonight we didnt play really bad but we didnt play great either, with bynum and gasol in the paint our bigs had trouble guarding them, I put on Lee and Wilcox on and it helped but they still out rebounded Lee and Wilcox and got more points.

                - We started off slowly and our defence was struggling, i had to try to put a good defender on kobe and still have enough height to guard there bigs so i rotated them alot. Whether it was Harrington at SF, Lee at PF, and Wilcox at C. Or i tryed a fast team with Chandler at PF and Lee at C with the rest being good scorers. Nothing worked great but the best team that worked well tonight was probably Nate, Hughes, Chandler, Lee, Wilcox

                - Positive note, hughes came off the bench and played well, he guarded kobe pretty well and also put up 13 points

                Knicks Stats

                David Lee: 18 Points - 3 Rebounds - 4 Assists - 3 Steals
                Larry Hughes: 13 Points - 1 Assists - 1 Steal - 1-3 3 Pointers
                Nate Robinson: 12 Points - 7 Assists - 2-8 3 Pointers
                Wilson Chandler: 11 Points - 3 Rebounds - 1-3 Pointers
                Al Harrington: 8 Points - 2 Steals
                Chris Wilcox: 4 Points - 6 Rebounds - 4 Assists
                Chris Duhon: 4 Points - 3 Assists
