#7Washington State loses to Texas Tech,58-40

Pullman,WA- It was an embarrassing loss to a weaker team for the Cougars. The Red Raiders came in and "kicked our ass" said coach Mike Leach who was the former coach of Texas Tech. "We just didn't play hard enough, we got use to everything going to plan and when it didn't like today we didn't know how to react but we do now and we'll be kicking ass next week I can guarantee that". The Cougars will be playing UCLA next week who is of to a hot start at (2-0). Last season The Cougars out a beating on UCLA 41-21 we'll see if the game will be closer this time around.

WSU puts the smackdown on UCLA, 51-13

Pullman,WA- Just like last year Washington State crushed UCLA. Freshman running-back Frank Ramsey had an amazing game rushing for 123yds and rushed in for 3 TD. The Washington State defense played amazing today or it seemed that way, the way it was raining made things very tough on the UCLA QB who threw 4 interceptions and just struggled all day. Connor Halliday also threw 2 interceptions but he was also able to thew in 2 TD passes. The Cougars will be playing at (4-0) Stanford

Late turnovers cost Stanford chance at W suffer loss to Cougars 38-28

Pullman,WA- Washington State and Stanford is turning into a marquee matchup with theses past two games being exciting nd coming down to who steps up on defense and we boy did we get that in this one. Frank Ramsey turned in another amazing performance rushing for 157yds and made converted a few 3rd down plays late in the game to help put in out of reach. Connor Halliday had another amazing game going 24-33 276yds and 4 TD he also threw 2 interceptions late in the game. Brett Nottingam also had an amazing game going 21-31 277yds and 3 TD but had 2 interceptions and one which that killed any chance Stanford had at winning this game in the 4th quarter. The Cougars will look towards next week when they take on (2-2) Colorado who are coming off a big win over PAC-12 Cal.

            Washington State beats Colorado, 38-12

Pullman,WA- This game was over before these two teams even took the field WSU striked quick and fast early in the game going up 14 points before the end of the first. And after that there really wasn't much that happened after that it was a very slow paced game. The Washington State Cougars are going up against the Cal Bears next week.

One for the Ages, Cougars pull out BCS Championship 41-35 over Texas

Pullman,WA- This game will go down as one of the greatest BCS National Championship games of the decade this game was on the level of USC vs Texas those few years ago. This game was back and forth all game long but the silver bullet in this game was Frank Ramsey who is a native Texan and wanted to prove something to Texas for not recruiting him last year. And he did just that rushing for 225 yards and scored 2 TD. The passing game for Washington State was there for them but the Cougars didn't throw a single passing TD. Texas gave it everything they had but the mistakes by David Ash (two interceptions) hurt this team badly and in the end is what cost this team. Washington State will celebrate its first ever National Championship and will be looking to repeat next year.
