Yeah just discovered this place and enjoy it a lot, decided to transfer this here, who knows how much longer the other place will remain, better safe then sorry. I'm now up to the 6th round of the 1992 draft (editing the players) so very close to starting that season, but hope to simultaneously do that here as well.

John Stephens shoots to the outside and walks in for a touchdown.

Bill Brooks catches a pass and gets drilled by two Patriot defenders, but his forward momentum was called passed the line, making it a 6 point play for Indianapolis.

This Marc Wilson pass was tipped by Alan Grant and ended up landing in the hands of an awaiting Jeff Herrod.

Andre Tippett was the best player on the night for the Patriots defense as he racked up 8 tackles and this sack against Jeff George.

Hart Lee Dykes was named the player of the game after an explosive 2nd half. In the first half Dykes only had 1 catch for 12 yards. He then exploded in the 2nd half of the game for 9 catches, 108 yards, and 1 touchdown. His emergance fired the comeback for the Patriots to sail to victory.

Game Notes

-I played as the Colts, and was surprised, I tweaked the running sliders very slightly for Human. I think Eric Dickerson should've been able to get better then a 2.4 ypc average during the game. I also dropped the CPU running sliders just slightly because a 5.9 ypc for Stephens was a little much. (and it's 3.7 ypc if you take away his 49 yarder)

-I played this game at the next w/o taking down drive notes, which I will for the future games. (So expect info on each drive, for info on how the scores came, etc, for all games after the next one.)

-I put the CPU running sliders back way up as Neal Anderson should've done much much better then 1.5 ypc on 16 att for 25 yds. The passing though, i thought, was pretty spot on for the Bears. Harbaugh had 284 yds, 58%, 2 td's to his 3 int's. Which seemed about right. Trace Armstrong and Richard Dent with a sack a piece seemed right. With Morrissey Singletary, and Mangum grabbing INT's.

- Taking away Sanders 82 yarder gives him a 2.56 ypc average, so i slightly boosted human run sliders again. Peete throwing 3 int's, having 53% completion rate and only a 6.8ypa average seemed accurate for me.

Reason: Jeffries was quiet all day until the second half of the game. Once he got it kicking on all cylinders Jeffries managed to find his way to the endzone in the utmost of opportunities. His 35 yard touchdown reception gave the Oilers the lead 31-27 with only 1:02 left in the game. If he hadn't stepped up to the plate the Oilers would've easily collapsed to the Dolphins.

Wow that would've been pretty amazing actually. But that would've been incredibly hard to duplicate. Especially since you'd have so few teams, the uniforms were completely different, hell even the rules. It could've been done but yeah I can see how that would've been tough.

I had a hard enough time dealing with 4 expansion teams currently in the game (Ravens/Texans/Panthers/Jaguars) that don't exsist yet hehe.

Haha yeah. I started it on Madden 2004 for PS2, and I gave every one the same helmet with a one bar facemask. It just became too much for me, but then again I was like 14 at the time I started that.

Reason: The Pittsburgh Steelers defense destroyed any opportunities that the Raiders offense could come up with. Whether it was holding Bo Jackson to a mere 1.8 yards per carry, or forcing the Raiders to sit Jay Schroeder after he had thrown his 3rd interception, the Steelers defense was ontop of its game today. There 3 fumble recoviers, two of which were returned for touchdowns, and their 3 interceptions totalled there outstanding 6 takeaways which made the key difference in the game's outcome.
