How do you think this season went?

6-10. We have some areas we need to improve on, but really we're four wins from the playoffs. A disappointment overall but it's not looking bleak, the Chargers will be back next year.

Can you and your team take any positives from such a bad season?

We won six games, we kept the Dolphins out of the playoffs, that's something to look back on. When you know you're not making it, you want to ruin other teams chances. We did just that. And oh yeah...beat the Raiders twice.

What are the 3 main areas you would like to see improved upon come draft time?

That's not my place to say, that's for the coaches and the front office guys. 3 main areas I'd like to improve on, more yards, more touchdowns, more wins. Do what I can do to help this team.
How does it feel to be named the best tight end in the NFL according to your peers and Coaches?

It means a lot, but winning something like that isn't on talent alone. I gotta thank my Quarterback, the line that protects him, the Wide Receivers that take the pressure off me. To be the best I can be I need the support of my teammates.

If you had to describe what kind of Tight end you are in one sentence ... how would you do that?

I'm probably the humblest TE in this league, can't do what I do without my team.

Seeing that you are from the Ohio State University , id like to get you opinion on the rumor that the Chargers are interested in picking up Braylon Edwards in the draft?? Would you welcome him or would the Ohio / Michigan rivalry cause problems?

You leave that stuff in college man. If Braylon comes to San Diego I don't see a Wolverine anymore. I see a Charger. Don't think I won't ride him about being a Wolverine at one point or another, though. We all can't be Buckeyes.
