    Only about 1,500. Got a new computer recently. I had about 30,000 on my old one. I'm too lazy to download old music. My music mainly consists of new songs and epic old albums.

                    He's talking about bitrate.

                    Even if all your files are mp3, they come in different bitrates.

                    128kb, 192kb, etc etc.

                    Higher bitrates = higher quality = larger file size.
