Alright, I'm watching season one now (half way through) and I really want to read this thread but I have a feeling there are some spoilers posted. Is this thread safe for viewing for those of us still in the first season? People should be using spoiler tags for anything revealing.

I'm not sure if my speculation should be in spoiler tags...

 

If I had to guess, the suicide is the exact situation in which his mother died, and he smears some of her ashes each time he recreates that scene as a memorial.

Bottom line about this show is you don't know anything until the end of the season.

Which is why I keep watching. The show is well written and has good pacing.

Lundy started to suspect the Trinity killer I said he was going to be killed off, and then when he banged Debra without telling her I was 100 positive he would be killed, the only difference was I figured it would be Trinity and not the Vacation Killers, either way probably the most obvious thing i have ever seen out of the show

I thought the show was going to go downhill after Doakes got killed but its still really good. Doesn't skip a beat.
