we, refers to the city of philadelphia. where he's from, philadelphia. the whole city. he didnt say the nice part of philadelphia. when he says he goes hard he doesnt mean he's a gangster either haha.

lyrics are good whether you agree with them or not haha. they incorporate so many elements of philadelphia that people around here are proud of.
