lol the Claire thing really makes sense, maybe she's looking for her son Aaron like how the French Lady was looking for her daughter.

When Jack was talking to that Asian dude at the temple, he said he knows the smoke monster takes over people's bodies because it "happened to your sister" and we know that Claire is Jack's half-sister. So, the Claire that we Jin saw obviously is "claimed" by something, but I'm not sure what that is. However, she does appear to have a French Lady feel to her now.

Last nights episode pretty much sucked. Not much happened. The end with claire running around the jungle was pretty creepy, nice twist.

It may not have been action packed for 43 minutes but it was fine.

All the talk about Sayid/Claire being claimed sounds like a game.

Sawyer took a hike, the others "tested" Sayid, Kate and Jin just took off after Sawyer.

For the alternate reality its following Kate on her getaway. She ran into Sayid's old CO who apparently is a criminal-friendly mechanic in this reality. thats about it

Ahhh last time I checked Sayid was in the republican guard so his CO would have been Iraq not a white guy. I think you are thinking of Kelvin Inman the guy in the hatch before Desmond who also enlisted Sayids help as a mercenarie after the first gulf war. Not the same guy taking Kate's cuffs off in the flashsideways.

A litte tidbit of the name Kelvin:
- The Name "Kelvin" is frequently used by J.J. Abrams in his works as a reference to his grandfather, Henry Kelvin. In Fringe, there is a project called "Kelvin Genetics." In Mission Impossible 3, there is a letter addressed to H. Kelvin. The Star Trek movie directed by Abrams and produced by Damon Lindelof had a Starfleet ship called Kelvin.
