Paramore - Riot!

Never heard any song from them but "Misery Business" until tonight. My loss. This is pretty catchy stuff.

Thanks to the dude who has Hayley Williams as an avatar. Her cuteness made me do the Wikipedia thing, saw the band got solid reviews for all three of their discs, so I bought Riot! off iTunes. Then decided to buy Brand New Eyes.

These kids are catchy like The Cars.

Yeah I was a fan, but their last album really let me down. Can't say I really listen to them that much anymore, but Haley Williams is still smoking.

What Phoenix album should I download first?

Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix- it's their 4th album and if you enjoy it, you can go back and get the rest. They're French synth popsters, which is why they're right up your alley. I'm sure you've heard parts of this album already.

Gonna download that and "United" - their first album.

And remember - "Strangeways, Here We Come" still The Smiths best album.
