I thought they overdid the "cops are asshole!!" theme a little bit, and I didn't really like the kid, though he did fine.

I'll stick with it, I'm sure it gets better. I've learned that you really can't judge a show until you've seen at least 3 episodes.

I've been meaning to start watching this show for a long time....I only have about 6-7 episodes of White Collar left so hopefully I can remember to finally start Southland after that haha

Anyone else get the feel from the finale that it was more of a Series Finale than a Season Finale. Every question was answered......every plot came to an end. I mean they can spiderweb it for a next season and further explore options but for the most part.....it seems over and I'm contempt with that ending. It was nice.

I had all ten episodes sitting on my dvr and my wife was finally ready to watch them with me. The death of Moretta was terrible. I definitely didn't see that coming.

Officer Cooper reminds me more and more of myself each episode, minus the whole gay thing of course. :nohomo: Every thing he says is legit.

I just watched all three seasons (if you want to call the 1st 2 that) Over the past 2 weeks. Great, great show. A shame the seasons are so short. Is TNT picking up more seasons? My understanding is it was 1st on NBC, they dropped it and TNT picked it up.

That is correct. I haven't heard if it has been picked up for another season though.

It looks like it has been picked up for a fourth season. Great news.

Anyone else pumped for this show to come back next month? It's my favorite on TV and I can't wait for January 17th to roll around.

Season 4 premiered last night, did not disappoint. Lou Diamond Phillips and Lucy Lou are good additions to the cast. Was a lot that went on in the opening episode as far as action.

Just watched the first episode of the new season, really liked it, looking forward to more.

 

I'm curious as to why Ben is still acting salty towards John... I mean Cooper went to rehab and got his shit taken care of, and Ben could barely look the man in the eye or make eye contact with him.
