Was pretty sure it was you, but couldn't find the specific thread.

After virtually no movies coming out that I had any interest in all spring and fall I am really excited with the HUGE influx of films coming out that I really want to see.

Starting with Drive which I saw last week, I hope to (by the end of the year) see 50/50 (going this Friday), The Guard, Attack the Block, The Last Circus, Take Shelter, Tucker & Dale vs Evil, Being Elmo: A Puppeteer's Journey, The Rum Diary, J. Edgar, Elite Squad 2, Melancholia, A Dangerous Method, We Need to Talk About Kevin, Knuckle, The Muppets, and The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.

      Holy. Fuck.

edit: in comparison to January through August, which consisted of: X-Men, Rango, The Tree of Life, and Source Code to a lesser extent

After much debate I decided to re-watch Cowboy Bebop and put Gundam Wing on hold.

Falls into the category of stuff I saw when I was young but wanna see again now that I'm older.

I'm contemplating pulling the trigger on purchasing The Beatles full Anthology box set off of iTunes for $79.99.

                  Anyone seen this on HBO?

                  Scorsese's documentaries are gold.

Starting Jericho on netflix, only 29 episodes so it shouldn't take long to watch. Curious if it really was as good as many of its cult fans proclaim.

To me it seems like it is one of the biggest love/hate movies ever.

I'll have to check that out. I read TIMEs ten year anniversary of his death magazine and it's good. George really hated being famous.

The Third Man, Some Like it Hot, and The Apartment all in a row on TCM

Why can't the channel always be this good.

It was a sad day when my cable provider removed TCM from my package a few years ago. 30 Days of Oscar was always an awesome time of the year.
